Event and trade show rental provider EventRent, Meridian, Idaho, has launched Tradeshow Experience, a self-service digital platform designed to simplify how promoters and exhibitors plan, request and manage their trade show and expo needs across Idaho.
According to the company, Tradeshow Experience brings the intake process online with an intuitive system designed for two distinct audiences: promoters organizing an event, and vendors and exhibitors participating in one.
Through the platform, promoters can register a new trade show or request a quote with no account or login required. After submitting event details, they receive a confirmation and a direct follow-up from the EventRent team to finalize the details.
Exhibitors and vendors can browse EventRent’s participating trade shows, select their event and build a custom rental order — choosing from configurable sections for items, freight, labor, power and internet — with a running total estimate that updates in real time as they build their request. Users can check out as a guest or create an optional account with a one-click email link, letting them save drafts and reference past orders for future shows.
“We built the Tradeshow Experience to streamline ordering for vendors and exhibitors as well as giving promoters a great starting point for new events. Now they can build their order online in minutes, and our team is still right there to make sure every detail — from drayage to power to the last folding chair — gets handled the way it always has,” said Lance Hill, general manager, EventRent.
EventRent said the launch builds on the company’s track record of coordinating logistics for trade shows ranging from 20 to more than 150 vendors, including full exhibitor order management for the Idaho Education Technology Association Conference and multi-day installation and teardown for the Boise Flower and Garden Show.
Tradeshow Experience is available for promoters and vendors alongside EventRent’s full range of trade show services — including pipe and drape, booth packages, staging, tables and chairs, signage, power, drayage and freight handling and on-site labor support.
