Toast of the Town acquires Alaska Event Services

Toast of the Town, Anchorage, Alaska, has acquired Anchorage-based Alaska Event Services (AES).

Founded in 2015, Toast of the Town is a women-owned event planning and marketing agency that serves as the only event planning and management preferred provider for the state of Alaska.

AES, established in 2004, is a wedding, trade show and convention event decorator with rentals including tables/chairs, electrical, lighting, displays, booth carpeting, poster panels, freight services and more.

In a LinkedIn post, Toast of the Town said the acquisition brings together the two companies to form Alaska’s largest event planning, decor and rental entity, and that both Toast of the Town and AES will continue operating under their existing names to ensure continuity for clients.
