Canadian event and tent rental provider Element Event Solutions served as an Official Supporter for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, which took place Feb. 8-16 in Vancouver and Whistler, B.C., Canada.
The event is an international adaptive sports competition for wounded, injured or sick servicemen and women, and features athletes from around the world competing in various sports such as wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball and indoor rowing.
Element Event Solutions said the partnership underscores its commitment to executing world-class events that foster human connections and enable remarkable experiences across Canada.

For the event, Element curated competitor family lounges to provide “comfortable, welcoming spaces for competitors and families to connect and celebrate together.” The company delivered and installed more than 7,000 pieces of furniture and event-essential items to 15 venues throughout the Games period.

The Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 welcomed up to 550 competitors from 23 nations. For the first time in Invictus Games history, the event featured a winter hybrid adaptive sports program. Organizations from across Canada joined forces with 1,600 volunteers from across the globe to stage the Games.
