Choice Party Linens, Prospect Park, Pa., a nationwide provider of specialty linen and accessory rentals, as well as laundry services, is celebrating its 35th anniversary.
Founded on Sept. 16, 1991, by Norman Longman and Ken Kelk, Choice Party Linens began in a small garage unit in Colwyn, Pa. “Armed with little more than determination, a vision for excellence and a horseshoe hung in the window for good luck, the founders launched the company with no employees and no inventory. Through hard work and dedication, they spent the next several years building a loyal customer base and establishing a reputation for reliability and exceptional service,” the company said in a statement.
In December 2008 Choice relocated to its current headquarters in Prospect Park. The move to an 18,000-sq.-ft. facility, enabling continued expansion while supporting enhanced product selection and service capabilities, earned the company an American Rental Association Region Two President’s Image Award.
Today, Choice Party Linens operates from a 41,000-sq.-ft. facility, encompassing sales, laundry, production, shipping and storage operations. As it celebrates 35 years in business, the company said it remains focused on the future, continuing to invest in innovative technologies, sustainable practices, operational excellence and customer success.
“Our story has always been about perseverance, relationships and delivering on our promises,” said Chris Cox, chief operating officer. “The last 35 years have been an incredible journey, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.”
