Aggreko, a U.K.-based global supplier of energy, power and temperature control products, has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares.

The company said the timing of the offering, number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, with no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or other terms of the offering. Aggreko intends to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “AGKO.”

Founded in 1962, Aggreko was acquired by private equity firms TDR Capital and I Squared Capital in 2021.
