Sunbelt Rentals, Fort Mill, S.C., is growing in the Lone Star State, opening the first-of-its-kind campus in Grapevine, Texas.
Partnering with Crossland Construction Co., on the project, this DFW campus spans 26-acres, with five new buildings totaling more than 105,000 sq. ft. The facility is LEED Gold Certified, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability.
According to a post on LinkedIn, the campus, said to be a regional support office, is designed to be a one-stop shop for earthmoving, general tool, load banks, power and HVAC solutions.
