Captivate Event Rentals acquires Valley Event Lighting

Captivate Event Rentals, Tempe, Ariz., has acquired Valley Event Lighting (VEL), a Phoenix-based event lighting provider.

VEL provides services such as bistro lighting, uplighting, stage lighting and custom projections. The company’s capabilities will be combined with Captivate Event Rentals’ existing inventory of event furnishings, décor, flooring and staging.

“This acquisition allows us to elevate what we offer our clients,” said Matt Berry, co-owner of Captivate Event Rentals. “Lighting plays a powerful role in shaping the mood and visual impact of an event. Bringing VEL into the Captivate family allows us to integrate that expertise directly into our offerings and create even more immersive experiences.”
