Value Vinyls Inc., a specialty textiles and fabrics provider based in Grand Prairie, Texas, announced the promotion of Marc Shellshear to president. Shellshear brings over 30 years of extensive experience in operations, sales and marketing across multiple industries including specialty textiles, fabric and shade structure manufacturing, construction and distribution. In his previous role as general manager at Value Vinyls, Marc demonstrated exceptional leadership that drove strong financial performance and growth for the company. He is also on the Advanced Textiles Association Board of Directors.
As president, Shellshear will oversee all aspects of Value Vinyls’ operations including sales, marketing, business development and strategic planning. “I am honored and excited to lead our talented team in delivering innovative solutions that provide exceptional value to our customers,” says Shellshear. “We will build upon Value Vinyls’ legacy of excellence and drive sustainable growth across existing and new markets.”
Randy Busch, formerly owner and president, has also been named CEO and owner and will work closely with Shellshear on executing the company’s vision. Busch will transition to a CEO role where his work will focus on the business’s long-term vision while supporting Shellshear in his promotion.
