The slower winter months may finally have arrived, but it’s never too early to start planning for next year’s busy season and the Tent Rental Division (TRD) has the education sessions you and your employees need to have a safe and successful season.
Tent Expo will take place January 27-29 at the Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee, Fla. In addition to having acres of tents and event rental products on display, Expo also offers a wide range of educational opportunities for employees and owners alike. This year’s event includes certification courses on forklift operation and mobile elevated work platforms as well as sessions on codes, permitting and Authority Having Jurisdiction Inspections.
Can’t make Tent Expo in January? Get your crews (and local permitting officials) ready by enrolling them in the next TRD Boot Camp. Scheduled for March 17-19 at Celina Tent in Celina, Ohio, it will offer three full days of intensive training including the Essentials of Tent Anchoring and Essentials of Frame Tent Installation certification courses, Training for the Tent Professional, and tent inspection-specific education.
These training events are dedicated to educating teams and promoting safety during installations and public usage. Using exclusive and newly updated training modules and drawing on the TRD’s wide variety of proprietary information, boot camps send tent rental professionals back to the jobsite equipped with the knowledge and skills to get the job done right.
