North Carolina State University (NC State) Wilson College of Textiles announced its first-ever Wells Fargo Entrepreneur Pitch Event, a competition sponsored by Wells Fargo. Registration is open until Wednesday, Nov. 20.

The competition is open to all undergraduate and graduate students at NC State and all staff, faculty and alumni from Wilson College of Textiles, who are working in a textile-based business.

To apply for the event, interested parties must register by Nov. 20, and submit an online video application by Dec. 5. Judges will review the applications and announce the 12 finalists on Dec. 18. To register for the event, click here.

The finalists will participate in sessions about prototyping hosted by W. Duke Kimbrell Flex Factory at NC State Wilson College of Textiles throughout January 2025, and on Feb. 7, 2025, they will pitch live to a judging panel of industry experts.

Contestants have the chance to win nominations for the NC State Andrews Launch Accelerator and monetary awards for prototyping and business development.
