Keyston Bros, an upholstery supplier for automotive, marine and awning applications, announced a leadership transition as owners Dan “Dee” and Ann Duncan step away from day-to-day operations.

Dee and Ann will assume board leadership roles, with Dee serving as chairman of the board and Ann serving as board secretary. As a result, the company announced three appointments to executive leadership positions.

Executive leadership appointments

  • Mike Hendrix, president
  • Brooke Kahn, chief marketing officer
  • Tommy Duncan, chief operating officer

“Keyston has always been about people, relationships, trust, and doing the right thing,” says Dee. “Mike, Brooke and Tommy each embody those values. They have earned our complete confidence, and I have never been more energized or certain about the future of this company than I am with this leadership team. They’ve got this.”

“Looking back on the past 25 years fills us with gratitude—for our employees, customers, partners, and the relationships that made Keyston what it is today,” adds Dee. “Looking ahead fills us with pride and optimism.”
