Armando Anthony (Tony) Miani, 99, Latham, N.Y., died Oct. 14, 2025. Miani and his wife, Nancy, founded A to Z Rental Center, Albany, N.Y., which later grew to include About Town Party Rentals and Balloons.

Miani is survived by his sister, Philemona DeMichele; children, Mark (Kathryn) Miani, Marisa (James) Reed, Gina (Steve) Detwiler, and John (Janet) Miani; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
