Euphoria Event Solutions, Windsor, Conn., has been acquired by Choura Events, Torrance, Calif. The transaction was completed in January 2026.
Euphoria Event Solutions was founded in 2006 by Stephen McKay, who now serves as east coast general manager of Euphoria Event Solutions, a Choura Events-owned company.
“While ownership has changed, we want to reassure you that our day-to-day operations, team and commitment to exceptional service will remain the same. You will continue working with the same contacts, and there will be no disruption to the services or support you currently receive. Our New England office and warehouse will remain fully operational for at least the next two years,” McKay said in a letter to clients.
“This transition marks a new and exciting chapter for both of us. With the expanded inventory and logistics support of the new parent company, we are growing our capabilities and will continue to deliver exceptional value to you via increased capacity,” McKay added.
Choura Events was founded in 2007 by Ryan Choura. The company focuses on building large-scale, temporary outdoor environments.
