Apex Tent and Party, Tustin, Calif., has acquired On Call Event Rentals, Santa Ana, Calif. Both companies operate in Orange County and provide event rental services. Apex Tent and Party said existing reservations and contracts will continue as scheduled and that no action is required from current customers.
“Our priority is to make this transition as smooth as possible for our customers,” said Shane McAlister, president of Apex Tent and Party. “By combining our teams and resources, we can offer more options while maintaining the reliable, personal service our customers expect.”
The company said that customers will continue working with the same team members and will have access to expanded inventory, equipment selection and logistical resources.
