Morito Scovill Americas, a supplier of high-performance fasteners for apparel and light industrial applications based in Clarkesville, Ga., has announced the acquisition of Edward Segal Inc., a Thomaston, Conn.-based manufacturer of eyelet, grommet, rivet and snap fastener for machines and custom-engineered automated assembly systems.
Edward Segal Inc. will become part of Morito Scovill Americas, further enhancing the company’s ability to deliver value-added solutions to customers across apparel and specialty markets.
