Registration is open for the Woven Narrow Fabrics: Kevlar® EXO
Development webinar Aug. 12, 1–2 p.m. EDT. Hosted by Advanced Textiles Association (ATA), attendance is free to ATA members and $39 for nonmembers.
The webinar will highlight the development process of DuPont’s Kevlar EXO fiber, its properties and how it can benefit the U.S. textile industry and OEM applications. It will also explore some of the challenges and factors that hinder the development of new materials.
Ted Fetterman, vice president, sales and marketing at Bally Ribbon Mills, will discuss how the company is using Kevlar EXO to develop woven narrow tapes and webbings.
