Goff Tents & Events, Nicholasville, Ky., has acquired Tri-State Tents & Party Rentals, a provider of event rental services in the northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati market.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Tri-State Tents & Party Rentals into the Goff family,” said Ian Goff, president, Goff Tents & Events. “Roger and his team have done an outstanding job building a business with a great culture and strong customer relationships. We are grateful for the foundation they’ve created and look forward to building on that success together.”
As part of the transition, Roger Werner, principal at Tri-State Tents & Party Rentals, and his entire team are expected to remain in place. “This was an important part of the decision,” Goff said. “Keeping Roger and his staff on board allows us to provide a seamless experience for customers while continuing to grow and enhance our offerings.”
Goff said the acquisition will bring expanded inventory, new product offerings, additional options and capabilities that have not previously been available in the northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati market. “This is just the beginning,” he said. “We are excited about the opportunities ahead, and we look forward to continued growth, strong partnerships and delivering exceptional events for years to come.”
