Australian Wool Innovation (AWI), the organization behind the global Woolmark brand, has named Bryan Fry as its next CEO, effective immediately.
“Bryan brings global leadership experience, most recently serving as chairman and global chief executive officer of Pernod Ricard Winemakers, where he led large-scale international operations across multiple markets and premium brands,” says George Millington, AWI chairman.
Millington also thanked outgoing CEO John Roberts for his leadership since October 2021, noting that Roberts will support a transition to ensure continuity.
“I am excited to join AWI and help deliver better outcomes both on and off farm,” says Fry. “Australian wool is the best natural fiber in the world, and I look forward to contributing to a strong future for woolgrowers and the broader industry.”
