DyStar Group announced the appointment of Ruan Cunfan to its board of directors.
Ruan graduated from Claremont McKenna College with dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and accounting and chemistry. He serves as a director and assistant to the chairman of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co. Ltd., and as assistant to the chairman of Longsheng Group Holdings (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
He has overseen the group’s real estate investment strategy, operations and management. The company said his appointment reflects its commitment to strengthening governance and driving long-term global growth.
Yao Jianfang will step down from the board. He has served since 2015.
“The appointment of Ruan Cunfan marks an important step in strengthening our board for the future,” says Ruan WeiXiang, chairman of the board of directors of DyStar Group. “His expertise and leadership will support DyStar’s continued international expansion and long-term development.”
